Here’s how to pronounce the words:
Oṃ bhūr bhuvaḥ svaḥ
(Om bhoor bhu-wah swa-ha)
tát savitúr váreṇ(i)yaṃ

bhárgo devásya dhīmahi
(bhar-go de-va-sya dheem-a-hi)
dhíyo yó naḥ prachodáyāt
