So, while this is not straight up an herbal remedy, it is super delicious, nutritious, and should definitely be an addition to your fall breakfast rotation. I have been making this for a few years now and I always love to share it again because it is quick and easy (even if it doesn’t look it at first glance). 1/4 c. pumpkin puree
1 tbsp. maple syrup or sweetener of choice (optional)
3/4 tsp. pumpkin pie spice (ground cinnamon, cardamom, cloves)
3/4 c. plain or vanilla almond milk (any milk is fine though!)
1/2 c. old fashioned oats
